POLICY INFORMATION

Cancellation Policies

The University reserves the right to cancel any program that lacks sufficient enrollment and all payments will be refunded. If we have to cancel a workshop class, you will receive a full refund.

To change a class or cancel and receive a refund, you must notify us in writing at least five business days before your scheduled class. With notice of fewer than five business days, the fee is due in full. Another person may take your place in class at any time before the class begins. Please call to notify us of any substitutions. Refunds are subject to a $20 processing fee.

Registration Policies

Deadline for registration and payment is three weeks before start of each workshop. Register early as that space is limited.

If you register for 3 or more workshops, you will receive a 10% discount on your registration fee. Discounts for groups of three or more participants are available.

If you use the online enrollment form to reserve your workshop courses, payment must be received within five days in order to hold classes.
