Conference Fees
Registrations and payments received on or before 1 May, 2003 are entitled to the Early rates. Advanced registrations received after 15 May, 2003, but before or on 15 June, 2003 should use Late rates. After 15 June, 2003 all registration payments should be made on-site using on-site rates, however, we still recommend filling in the registration form in advance to reserve a place at the limited-seating pre-conference events and a copy of all materials. All reservations will be made on first come - first served basis.
Note that following the practice of several earlier User Modeling conferences, the registration includes all lunches and dinners. In addition, the participant status entitles you to a discount on-site accommodation (which includes breakfast). The accommodation is not included into the conference registration and has to be reserved using a separate form that is provided on the Accommodation page.
Update on "Late" registration deadlines:
With our on-line registration and credit card processing working smoothly, we are able to extend the deadline for the "Late" advanced on-line registration until June 15th. Note that June 15 is the last day for us to receive your fax/letter/PayPal payment/transfer, not the last day to fill in the on-line form. After that all payments should be made on-site using "On-site" rate.

Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via mail, fax or e-mail (see Contact Data section) and must be received on or before 1 June, 2003. A $60 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. Cancellation requests received after this date cannot be honored.
Disclaimer
The User Modeling 2003 organizers and sponsors can accept no liability for any personal injuries or for loss of (or damage to) property belonging to conference participants or accompanying persons, either during or as a result of the conference. It is recommended that attendees take out personal travel insurance.
