“(Verizon
Perspectives on) The Emerging Telecommunications Environment
and Implications for the User Experience”
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Abstract: The next 5-10 years will
solidify the dominance of 3 major paradigms:
the Internet Paradigm... the Mobile Paradigm, and the Broadband
Paradigm... that are rapidly re-defining the telecommunications
environment. As these paradigms and their underlying technologies
converge, we will see fundamental changes in user perceptions
and expectations relative to their interaction with information,
entertainment and with other human beings.
